Palantir UI problems

There are many problems:

• In some cases filter changes don't work
• We need table rows in both run reports and report comparisons to have a link in the ID column (to simplify sharing the results)
• Tables must be sorted by ID in descending order (to see the freshest reports first)
• Tables must be paginated, otherwise they grow and take a lot of space
• Filters sorting must be fixed (revisions must be sorted as hex, started_by must be sorted by the number of occurrences)
