MariaDb should have the same configuration on all distros for mtr run in CI

    Description

      mcol-5890.test was failing on some of the distributives when running in CI due to different lowercase sensitivity configurations

      The quick workaround was applied:
      https://github.com/mariadb-corporation/mariadb-columnstore-engine/pull/3497

      mariadb server and columnstore should be configured in the same way on the environments where mtr tests are executed CI pipeline
