performance test BB task should always put values to server and columnstore repo/brach/commit fields

Following parameters:

properties.csPerfSourceParams("columnstoreRepositoryLabel"),

are filled by build_and_performace_test and performance_test_drone tasks, but if columnstore_performace_test task is executed e.g. manually for production/staging packages there is no information about branch/repo and commit. In this case, the branch should contain a full version number, repo - default repos and COMMENT should be set to PRODUCTION or STAGING
