pass UBSAN sanity checks

mcs_bootstrap.sh has an option to build with UBSAN: -U .
The UBSAN reports are stored by default to the same path: /core
Last time there were about 20 errors, on full_mtr

We want to eliminate all the errors, using MTR and regression as testcase
