Investigate Drone CI failures, fix obvious issues

    Description

      Currently, the following issues are found:

      • Drone host is very small - 4 GB RAM
      • to be investigated: host uses Amazon Linux 2. Should it be upgraded? should it be replaced with latest RHEL/Rocky/Ubuntu?
      • Drone host and agents use different VPC and subnets (host
        subnet-08cc203707b54438c, vpc-0c87335cbfcf66f1a, agents
        subnet-f64a7cab, vpc-3555d64e)
      • Drone agents use old Ubuntu Focal
