    Description

      CPU sys time measurements with the patch the resolves MCOL-5472-74 demonstrated there is a problematic `Config::makeConfig` call in `RowAggregation::aggReset`. This contributes 14% to CPU utilization in systime. Workload is GROUP BY intensive query.
