Make MCS cli tool working in stand alone mode.

    Description

      In cmapi 6.4.1 mcs cli tool will be released in very first time.
      And it could work only on node with MCS installed.
      Make it work as stand alone client cli application:

      • api key from env var or cmd argument
      • working only with remote cmapi server endpoints
      • node ip\name argument\env var
      • log filepath argument? env var?
