Drone - to execute MTR on multi-node created via mariadb-columnstore-docker repo

1. We need to have a way to run a sanity test in Docker, as part of the build process.

• use https://github.com/mariadb-corporation/mariadb-columnstore-docker repo for build
• use envs from .env_example file
• do not use s3 buckets for the moment

Run docker-compose after:

• docker image push
• mtr run step
• regression run step
