CMAPI URL changes cause ripple effects

    Description

      During execution of MCOL-4541 second part of CMAPI URL was changed from 0.4.0 to 0.5.0

      This creates problems for all deployment automation tools, both private and published, as well as for documentation, as well as for downstream deployments like SKY.

      It is way too late in the release cycle to take care of all of that. As such, the change of URL needs to be reverted back to /cmapi/0.4.0
