    Description

      cpimport, when loading wide decimals creates corrupted data which will cause incorrect extent elimination.

      The root cause is the failure of cpimport to properly communicate with DBRM.

      The code change for cpimport is accompanied by test scripts to verify the feature (see Pull Request)
