Make smrm take the same parameters as smls

Troubleshooting something with DBS, we saw that smls and smrm do not take exactly the same parameters.

They should agree, so that once the user finds a file with smls, they can cut & paste the filename as the parameter to smrm without having to think about / remember how to format the arg.
