Make smls with no options list '/' instead of printing a usage stmt

One of our support engineers used smls to verify things were working, but apparently it is not intuitive. 'smls' with no options prints the usage stmt. Instead, we should add a 'h/-help' option for that, and make smls with no options list '/'.

Would be a good idea to make a 2nd pass on the other cmdline tools to judge whether or not they're intuitive enough for field support & users as well.
