mcsadmin getsystemstatus - False module and system status

When killing the DBRMWorkerNode or DBRMControllerNode processes through SIGTERM or SIGKILL `mcsadmin getsystemstatus` still shows that the module and system is in an ACTIVE state, even though DML and DDL aren't possible anymore.
