Denormalize lineitem & orders tables, alter queries, re-benchmark

We actually spend very little wall time processing the join for the problematic queries. Unless we get the data broadcast & construction time down to almost nothing, we won't demonstrate much scaling.

Will see how we do when the biggest join is eliminated.
