Fix working_dml failures

    Description

      There are a lot of failures in working_dml. A quick sampling makes me think a lot of them are problems with the test. For example either the table the test uses isn't loaded, or there is no reference file to compare against. Other failures will likely be fixed by fixes in the other subtasks. Do this one last.
