change install have a configuration setting for DB location and not restrict to /usr/local/mariadb

currently user has to do softlinks if they want the mariadb/mysql db or the columnstore db directories point to a different location. This is due to the hardcoded paths for /usr/local/mariadb/columnstore.

Need to support configuration settings to for these 2 areas. And this work needs to be done with the enhancements where the root install is not required to go into /usr/local.
