support native float[] parameters

    Description

      In order to support VECTOR data type of mariadb 11.7, parameters of type float array must supported.

      when done, we can create some request/PR to support VECTOR datatype from sqlalchemy, but this cannot be done until our driver support it.

          The implementation currently only supports sending float arrays, conversion from vector data type to float array (when retrieving data) requires either a new field type or an extended field type.
