Adding a socket timeout until complete authentication, to avoid hangs is server doesn't support pipelining

Problem is that if server doesn't support pipelining, connection will hang indefinitely.
Driver can add a socket timeout the time to retrieve additional information, so Exception can throw specific message indicating to disable pipelining.
