reconnect and reset methods in the Connection interface are deprecated

    Description

      They shouldn't be there. I'd remove them already in the next series - 1.2 or what it will be.

          set/getClientOption should probably also be deprecated. They've been added for compatibility with MySQL's connector, but never implemented - just throwing exception about that. Probably there is no need to keep them
