Pool functionality won't work with Aurora IAM Authentication

    Description

      Passwords generated for IAM authentication are good for 15 minutes.

      The current pool implementation prevents password changes after the pool is initialized.

      This means that the pool can only work for 15 minutes before it becomes invalid.

      Existing connections continue functioning, but new connections will fail.
