    Description

Server needs more time for ssl_8k_key, especially if it runs in parallel builds, so 30 seconds timeout fails.
Apparently, the pvio error messages inside SSL handshake are not propagated, and user is presented with an error message that does not give him idea about what happened or how to fix (in this case, user should set connect timeout higher).
