    Description

      C/ODBC has NOLOCALINFILE completely disabling LOCAL INFILE operation. b
      But if it is options is not selected the command is allowed w/out restrictions. C/C has more secure option for this case - LOCAL_INFILE_MODE_AUTO that allows the command only if it was previously initiated by the client side. This behavior should be default for C/ODBC as well.
