ODBC rejects DATETIME value 0-00-00 00:00:00

    Description

      The DATETIME value 0-00-00 00:00:00 is rejected by the driver with the following error:

      [ma-3.1.12][10.10.2-MariaDB-log]Invalid character value for cast specification

      MariaDB itself seems to accept this and treat it as if it was 0000-00-00 00:00:00.

      This happens when the value is given as a C-string instead of the ODBC date type.
