Description of odbc_insert_only_tables says updates are dropped

The description of the odbc_insert_only_tables setting says that updates and deletes for the listed tables are dropped. Updates are in fact replicated; only deletes are dropped. Truncating or dropping such a table, dropping one of its columns, and dropping its schema are not replicated either, which the description doesn't mention. The description also appears in the generated settings documentation.
