causal_reads=universal uses only the first GTID domain from the GTID list

    Description

      If multi-domain is used , server sends back a multi-domain like
      0-1-1,1-2-5,2-3-8

      it uses with causal_reads = universal only the first gtid for creating the gtid probe query.

      It is obvious, if the first gtid is not the last written gtid on the master,
      the probe query results are wrong.
