Maxscale trial 25.10.3 - Heartbeat improvement

Currently maxscale trial 25.10.2 heartbeats once to mariadb.id on startup.
We want to implement a POC version of the 26.10 functionality where we heartbeat once every 3 hours, and have a week long grace period if it has not heartbeated. If not heartbeated in 1 week, dont turn maxscale off but dont allow startup either.

• some system for mariadb license server (mariadb.id) to give out refresh tokens? mariadb id to give timestamp ?
• log warnings with increasing frequency as trial end approaches, past trial end, heartbeat grace window approaches, grace window exceeded (once an hour?)
• configurable heartbeat window, heartbeat grace window as part of the license term (fixed for trial?)
• Error message when license key= empty with url where to get license key
