MaxGUI should sort parameters so that mandatory parameters are shown first

By default, all parameters are sorted in ascending order. The user can change the sort to descending. However, it’s more useful to display mandatory parameters first.
Other than that, the parameters table should include a toggle to display only the required parameters.
