Diff-router does not decrypt password before stopping replication

The Diff-router does not decrypt the password before stopping the replication, in the case when other is assessed again the master and not a slave.

This means that the operation will fail if encrypted passwords are used. Assessing other against a slave will work, as the replication does not need to be stopped in that case.
