[MXS-5567] Wrong password in interactive mode is only seen after the first command - Jira

Description

When maxctrl is used in the interactive mode and the wrong password is provided, the error is only returned when the first command is entered. Maxctrl should check that the password is correct in the interactive mode by pinging MaxScale with the given credentials and exiting if it fails.
