The Workload Capture and Replay filter should have the ability to filter at the database and table level. I would imagine this would work in a similar manner to replication filters where databases and tables can either be included or excluded:

The filters should ideally be applied at both the capture and replay stages for maximum flexibility.

Cross table/database statements would have the same limitations as with replication filters, this should be documented for awareness.
