Extend mxb::Json

In order for maxctrl to be implemented in C++ (MXS-4553), the mxb::Json class needs a few extensions.

JSON Path expressions are needed to implement the JSON object access. The functionality already exists and mxb::Json only needs to expose it. Convenience functions for extracting a value for an array might also be useful but the JSON path can itself express that an array is being accessed.
