put "maxscale" in name of directories in /dev/shm

    Description

      We should put "maxscale." at the beginning of directory names we create in /dev/shm. It's difficult to do housekeeping of the old log files when it's not really easy to identify which items in /dev/shm were created by maxscale.

      I.e. instead of /dev/shm/1234 we should create /dev/shm/maxscale.1234
