Nested listener parameters depend on protocol being defined

The mariadb protocol parameter allow_replication can only be defined if protocol=mariadbprotocol is defined. Since the default value of protocol is mariadbprotocol this is redundant.

The configuration parsing does not detect parameters that allow nested parameters but which also have a valid default value.
