Use @@gtid_binlog_pos in causal_reads=universal

The thing that's of interest is the transaction committed into the binlog of the server in question, not the transactions that it replicates. This should be slightly faster than reading @@gtid_current_pos and will result in better performance in the rare case where external replication is used but no local commits happen.
