Maxscale Admin Audit file should include ip address or host of calling session

      Currently, the maxscale admin audit file includes these values:

      "Timestamp","Duration","User","Host","URI","Method","Status","Response code","Body"
      		 
      "2024-10-08 14:39:09","549.337us","","http://max.edw.ee:8989/","maxscale/threads","GET","Unauthorized","401",""
      		 
      "2024-10-08 14:39:09","51.264us","","http://max.edw.ee:8989/","monitors","GET","Unauthorized","401",""

      And there is no way of knowing what IP address or host is calling.
