    Description

When trying to install MaxScale on SLES 15 releases prior to SP5 the install fails due to maxscale depending on too new GLIBC package version, e.g. on SP5:

Problem: 1: nothing provides 'libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.38)(64bit)' needed by the to be installed maxscale-22.08.14-1.sles.15.x86_64
Solution 1: do not install maxscale-22.08.14-1.sles.15.x86_64
Solution 2: break maxscale-22.08.14-1.sles.15.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies

Similar for older SP releases like SP4.

Problem here is that while SP4 has reached its end of life SP5 is still in active support by Suse, and so per our engineering policies is also still supposed to be sorted by us.

Additional problem: mariadb_es_repo_setup script is supposed to do OS eol checks but apparently properly does so for minor versions. Probably as the server does not have this problem to begin with and runs on all SLES 15 SPx releases regardless of x, and same with eg. RHEL/CENTOS 7.x (until recently when RHEL 7 reached its general EOL)
