Table header row fails to expand to full width in ERD modeler

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open an ERD modeler task
2. Create 2 tables.
3. Clicking on a table to open the table editor
4. Close the table editor, then clicking on the other table

Expect behavior:
No header row width issue.

Actual behavior:
The header row does not stretch to match the full width of the table.
