Description

In MaxScale, introduce a new variable similar MariaDB server to enable and disable core_file. The reason for this is in some scenarios when the MaxScale crashes the core file is created with a huge size and the filesystem will reach 100%. From recent versions, there is no need for a core dump for the MaxScale team to analyze the crash (~~MXS-5021~~). With this new variable customers can disable the core generation even if the core dump was enabled on the OS level.
By default, we disable it.
