Capture original users from workload

The username must be saved from the capture. Otherwise, the replay will fail as the credentials will be wrong. A file which defines the passwords for users must also be used and potentially a way to map them to a different set of credentials.

Currently the replay user requires a "union" of all the possible grants and in practice this is just a GRANT ALL ON *.* to <user>.
