Add a way to dump the session command history in the REST-API output.

Being able to see what's stored in the history would be valuable as it could be used to easily estimate whether the value of max_sescmd_history is set to an appropriate value.

In newer versions that have history de-duplication this is less important but it is still a useful diagnostic utility when dealing with any problems with the session command history.
