      Description

      (1) Create a skeleton protocol listener plugin - that calls the hooks into authentication plugin using API defined by MXS-486
      (2) Implement the MaxScale change data listener protocol in the plugin.
      (3) Create a sample client that uses the MaxScale change data listener protocol to request change data from MaxScale
