      Hi,

      Currently readconnrouter has a 'weightby=x' feature: https://github.com/mariadb-corporation/MaxScale/blob/7bfda81b098bfd0db3c306495725d1910294d2e8/Documentation/Routers/ReadConnRoute.md

      I think we should support this in 'readwritesplit' as well to create a custom distribution of the load of the slaves.

      Maybe this always works (I didn't test this) but it's not documented. Please add it to the docs as well:
