LEAST_GLOBAL_CONNECTIONS unclear in docs

Hi everybody,

In my opinion, LEAST_GLOBAL_CONNECTIONS says the backend's global amount of connections is used for slave selection criterions.

The documentation is not clear that it uses only this MaxScale instance's amount of conncetions. A small change in the documentation to clear this up would be appreciated.
