Description
As an end user, we don't know which query or which user session is causing the Performance issue, High CPU, High Load or High memory or abnormal situation. If we can implement an alert feature through mail/teams/slack, then we can immediately take an action on that particular session or query.
This will be very useful and proactive, if possible, provide a GUI feature so that we can add over smtp server details and mail addresses and other stuff.
