Run C/ODBC test suite as a part of MaxScale system tests

    Description

      The Connector-J, Connector-Node.js and Connector-R2DBC test suites are run when MaxScale version 22.08 or newer is being tested. Adding Connector-ODBC to this list increases coverage and makes sure we don't break anything.
