maxadmin -p is inconsistent with mysql -p

    Description

      With mysql, if -p is passed with no argument, I am prompted for a password; if -p is not specified, I am implicitly sending an empty password.

      With maxadmin, a -p with no argument is not allowed, and if no -p is specified I am prompted for a password.
