Let maxctrl show datetime values using local client timezone

    Description

      Right now maxctrl always shows datetime values using the GMT timezone (eg. in maxctrl list users output, using the HTTP Date header format.

      This happens regardless of the local $TZ variable setting.

      It would be nice to have such datetime values been shown in local time instead.
