Document implications of changed auth_all_servers default on schemarouter

auth_all_servers used to be on by default in 2.x, but is now off by default instead.

This seems to have implications on how schemarouter works, things that worked on 2.x do no longer work now until auth_all_servers is explicitly set back to on.
