centos 7 mirror is not updated to maxscale 6

    Description

      the latest link for the centos7 maxscale release is still pointing to 2.5 release

      https://downloads.mariadb.com/MaxScale/latest/centos/7/x86_64/

      now that maxscale 6 is GA it should point to maxscale 6
