csmon doesn't work with pluggable ColumnStore

    Description

      The version command that was previously used to detect the columnstore version is no longer the same in the pluggable version of the storage engine. Instead, the Columnstore_version status variable needs to be used.

      This caused all newer ColumnStore installations to appear as Down.
